U-joints

Standard–design SKF U-joints are available for a wide range of passenger car and light duty truck applications. Engineered for maximum service life, SKF U-joints deliver several performance benefits.  

Abrasion-resistant, nitrile rubber seals offer optimal grease retention and contaminant exclusion. Extruded, carburized bearing caps are case-hardened to a uniform depth for greater strength and durability.

Cap face and outer diameters are precision ground for precise lock-up tolerances, while needle bearings are sized for maximum load-carrying capacity. Finally, lubrication grooves feature a 360º pattern to ensure that grease penetrates the entire journal circumference.
