The SKF Brakemaster® line of air dryers includes units specifically designed to handle the extreme air system demands for various industries, such as transit and refuse to name a few.  From the light duty, maintenance saving Turbo-AC to the state-of-the-art 2000 series air dryers now featuring the Dual Turbo-2000, these heavy duty air dryers allow fleets to match air dryer performance to specific application requirements.

Turbo-AC
Ideal for light to medium air compressor duty cycles, the Turbo-AC features near-maintenance-free aftercooler technology and turbo boost protection. The Turbo AC pays for itself by protecting the brake system from moisture while virtually eliminating maintenance.

Turbo-2000
Perfect for severe stop-and-go operations, the Turbo-2000 features a large purge volume for extended compressor cycles and turbo boost protection. Recommended for compressor outputs of 30 CFM and duty cycles up to 40%.

HD-2000
Engineered to provide optimum protection for continuous flow air systems, the HD-2000 features an internal pump-through design that ensures cooler running compressors and extended service life.

Turbo-3000
Designed for top turbo boost protection on highway, the compact Turbo-3000 precisely matches desiccant and purge volume to reduce unit size and weight.  
The compact design also enables easier installs and one-step retrofitting.  

Dual Turbo-2000
Featuring two canisters, the maximum performance Dual Turbo-2000 is ideal for applications where conventional, single canister air dryers aren’t enough, such as severe-use refuse and municipal transit fleets.

Introducing the new SKF Filtration Plus Option
The new SKF Filtration Plus Option is a two-stage high efficiency filter that removes even the finest oil residue. The Plus Option specifically addresses high air volume applications, such as transit, refuse or cement mixers. The SKF Filtration Plus Option can be installed in SKF’s Turbo-2000 series, including the HD-2000. It is standard on the Dual Turbo-2000.
