U-Joints

Engineered to deliver maximum service life for a range of heavy-duty truck applications, SKF U-Joints offer several performance benefits.

Constructed in metal, rubber and Nylatron, a labyrinth sealing system provides maximum grease retention and dirt exclusion for longer service life. A one-way check valve in each trunnion controls lubrication flow and prevents dry start-up.

Heat-treated cap needle bearings have spherical ends to adjust for load variations. Each cup contains a thrust pad to absorb heavy-duty thrust and shock loads, while integral grease channels ensure constant, 360º grease distribution.
